. . . I was thinking--life is too short to spend time holding on to the past, and then I remembered, Eternity is a long time and the Lord is merciful.

I'm obsessed

I have been frantically watching nominated movies that I have not seen to get ready for the March 7th festivities. I used to see EVERYTHING as it was released. I've not gone to the movies much this year, other things have had a higher priority. I've missed some wonderful films (until now) and some really mediocre work that has never the less made tons of money. Thanks to Netflix and Pay Per View I'm going to see most of the major nominations and have even seen a couple of terrific documentaries. Usually the week before the event some theatres show short subjects, hope to see them also. I do love the movies.

'Avatar' becomes biggest film of all time

could someone please explain this to me?

You know, adjusted for today's movie prices,

"Gone With the Wind" is still #1.

A must for every well-stocked library.
